Jamie Osborn, LMFT

Jamie is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), receiving her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Millersville University and Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Holy Family University.  She has extensive experience working with trauma, specifically with individuals who have been the victims of crime. She has worked with diverse populations along with a variety of ages including teens, adults, and families. Jamie has experience working with clients with a variety of mental health and behavioral health concerns including depression, anxiety, and PTSD.  She completed 60 hours of sexual assault counselor training. Jamie  is trained in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

Jamie focuses on utilizing a systemic approach to therapy by supporting clients in understanding how their relationships to people and systems impact them. She strives to support clients in identifying and utilizing their strengths to develop heathier relationships and patterns. Her goal is to create a strong therapeutic relationship and a safe and comfortable environment for clients to explore their needs and work towards their goals.
