Hope and Healing Wellness Center offers consultation services for organizations as well as individual service providers on a case by case basis. HHWC’s primary area of expertise is the assessment and evaluation of treatment programs and its staff'. Each organizations’ evaluation is provided from a neutral perspective taking into account all aspects of the organization including but not limited to the following: Evaluation of policies and procedures, compliance with state and federal regulations, assessment and evaluation of leadership and its dynamics, staff competency, staff performance, staff limitations ,growth potential within the program itself, and areas of improvement based upon the a findings of the assessment and evaluation. Upon completion of the evaluation a formal written and verbal report is provided to the leadership and its stake holders.
